Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cogace.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
